A simple card with a lot of WOW power!

Water coloring is very relaxing and a perfect project for beginner's as well as seasoned stampers. I have found it is always a hit. In this project I used a combination of water color crayons and pencils to color my flowers and using Stampin' Up!'s blender pens just gives it that perfect blend and a dab of dazzling details to add some bling!
