Jolly Holiday Gift ensemble

Jolly Holiday Ensemble of gifts and Cards
Box for Holiday Goodies!

Real Red card stock with Jolly Holiday DSP and Old Olive satin ribbon
Use your Ornament punch push all the way up and punch out your ornament and then emboss an ornament from Delightfully Decorative on white CS in Silver encore and silver embossing powder and put it thru the top of the punch area and dotto it down (no dimensionals)
then run a piece of sticky strip along the side and use the NEW glass glitter(very chunky) sticks very well to the sticky strip and gives it that WOW factor!

This is my version of the Holly Jolly House! This is a white tree I cut out with my Big Shot Christmas Tree die cut.You can make a forest with these things!

Front of the scrap tin I made last year

Inside view of my signature design scrap tins and a candy wrapper! You see my girls are naughty and nice, so there has to be something for everyone!
Want to order scrap tin directions or a kit to assemble already pre-cut including the tin.

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer

There were tons of raffle baskets donated by neighborhood businesses and crop attendees
Last count I heard we were able to raise over $2000.00 for Breast Cancer Awareness!
Check out the Stampin' UP! raffle basket which went to Jeanette Karl!
Congrats Jeanette!!
Check out the space we got to hold the crop. Dana Allan our MSABC and crop administrator spent countless hours putting this event together! She secured this awesome spot with the help of our resident Real Estate broker Terrie Fuehrer.Terriefuehrer@remax.net
It was an empty old Beall's store that is how big it was!
Dana is one of the most humble giving people I have ever met.
Thank you Dana for all that you do for so many different causes. She has also been a girl scout leader for 27 years. My daughter Ansleigh was in her Brownie troop and we are so blessed that her first experience with girl scouts was in Miss Dana's troop!

There were over 60 woman that came together for the cause and had a wonderful weekend spending time together cropping and winning door prizes I still hear ticket numbers being called in my sleep! All the proceeds went to MSABC! My SET massage therapist Susan G. Fattouth came and donated her time to the cause gave massages and consultations to our poor aching bodies. Need a good all around Massage Therapist, a little Reiki, Hot stones, synery Light therapy. Trust me I am her biggest fan since I have been going to Susan for the last year my body has changed and I have grown emotionally, physically and spiritually!
Visit Susan at The Wellness Center on the corner of Magnolia and Palmetto in Daytona!
Or just call her at 451-9651. Mention my name and you will receive an hour and a half session for $75.00!!
Thank you Susan so much for your time and thoughtfulness during this event!! She also donated a $100.00 gift certificate for the cause to be raffled off. I really would have loved to have won that!!

This young lady participated in one of the make and takes I did.
The two ladies in the background Jan & Pat I met at the crop and really look forward to getting to know them more, they were such a blessing!

Big Shot Club Projects for August 2010

I love the NEW HOLIDAY DSP on pg.18 #120810
in the NEW Holiday Mini catty "Deck the Halls"
We also used the NEW wood sheets from pg. 205 in the IBC $9.95 116309
We stamped the image with Artichoke craft ink embossed with iridescent ice EP
CS: Chery Cobbler, Artichoke, DSP
Big SHOT: cut the wood sheet with the top note and the wood sheets have an adhesive back where you can just stick it to any project!
Isn't this the cutest ever??
  • We used the Ovals die cut out 3 of the largest with tango tangerine,
  • used the baskets and blooms die cut for the baskets on the outside
  • made a little box for the inside.
  • Medium oval punch and snipped the ends to make look a bit more pointy for the leaves.
  • Ran them thru the crimper
  • Used the Scalloped oval die center for the black hat, embossed it with the lattice embossing folder & folded it in half ,then drew and cut the top of the witches hat and mouth
  • used the lg star punch for the tips of the triangle for the eyes
  • white gel pen for eyes and mouth definition
  • made some curly cues by wrapping the 1/4 inch strip of cs around a stylus and leaving it for the time we made an assembled the box so it would get a good curl.
  • Cute ain't he?
