At any New Catalog Open House- a Catalog Survival Kit is a must!
I printed them on CS and then cut them out on the BIG SHOT 2 tag die cut
The Scavenger Hunt was so fun!! It really helped my customers get use to the NEW design of the new catalog. They really enjoyed the games and of course there were doorprizes. Deb Brown the winner of the Scavenger Hunt won a FREE retired stamp set of her choice!

Technique:Tearing and Sponging remember to wet the back of your CS before tearing and tear up not down. SU cardstock is dyed all the way through(which is one of the reasons our CS is the BEST!) The DSP is not dyed all the way thru which allows you to use your cutter kit and distress it until it curls back and then you can see the other side of the two-sided DSP and then you can sponge the edges of both and it gives it a burnt look.
This technique is so much fun, as you can tell we really like it.
This is one bucket of our door prizes.
Then we played deal or no deal, I chose certain retiring stamp sets and offered one for full price and the second one of their choice equal value or less for 1/2 price or they could choose one of the numbered milk cartons. Take your chances, great deal on that set you have your eye on or get the box which could have good stuff or be a dud. This was fun everyone enjoyed it!
Deb Forguson enjoying her make and takes. Such a wonderful lady and a great friend and customer,
a great new experience for them as they venture into starting their SU business.
Both are very talented and getting off to a good start.
She won a FREE stamp set of her choice from my retired collection.
Her friend Jae our local Pampered Chef lady who has not bought a store bought card in over 10 years.

She hand stamps all her own cards. Hopefully, her schedule we ease up and she will become a regular member of our stamp group soon!
We had a great time and looking forward to our technique class on July 16th Friday night!
