March Scrapbook Class

These are the 2 double page layouts we did at Scrap Book Club this month!
We learned a new technique using the circle scissors plus and the glass mat. With this cool tool you can cut circle from 0" to 6". Perfect for layouts and cropping photos. My crafty crew came up with a few different spins to the pages which allows us to all share our ideas. The advantage of a scrapbooking club you have access to tons of knowledge! My ideas are just a jumping off point and they are free to explore their creativity and share.

This color scheme highlights the Simply Scrappin Kit Tea Time check it out here
I also used the Circle Scissors Plus and Glass Mat (check it out here on my online store) to make my larger circles and to crop the photos. I love this because it allows you to showcase larger pictures and crop them right where you want to! Easy Peasy!
Colors: Lucky Limeade, Early Espresso, Pool Party, Pink Pirouette, Whisper white
Page one: Big Shot Rosette Die cut for the border
Blossom Punch along with the Mixed Bunch stamp set stamped in pool party , pretty in pink and Limeade and the Spiral punch was used for the lined paper for journaling.
Page Two: Pennant die for the White Scallop and we used the adhesive die cuts to embellish the pages

These two pages showcase the stamp set Delicate Doilies and the DSP Flirtatious with a 12x12 Whisper White background stamped in Melon Mambo, Regal Rose, Pretty in Pink & Peach Parfait. Punches used were the Blossom builders and the Trio punch pack & the Lace Border punch.

Below is the birthday girl Liz Cook and she is sporting her pages!
Happy Birthday my dear friend!

Liz added the background stamp Doily with Limeade onto her largest circle and I think it looks fabulous along with the Rosette die border she placed the border on both sides! Love it!

I made cupcakes in honor of Liz's birthday and I added the little bunny punch art on top for the perfect spring touch!
We had a great time celebrating and doing what we love and sharing our ideas with each other
a perfect Sunday afternoon in Daytona Beach, Florida!
