A Weekend of Stamping Fun!!

This is one of the cards we did at card class this Friday night
My wonderful gal pal Patti Lee at
http://creationsbypatti.blogspot.com/ sent me this awesome idea and I cased it just as it was!Just so happened that was the exact DP I had available for this card.
This is the inside- Oh I did add the top note cut in half and the white brads. I too absolutely love this butterfly embosslit!! It is a must have in your stash!

This is my Nouveau Chic collection.
We made the card below at class.

Supplies: Top Note die cut, Circles Die cut, Vintage Vogue Stamp set, Versamark, black embossing powder, heat tool,Movers and Shakers die, modern label shaper magnet, modern label punch, black and white striped ribbon, 1 3/4" circle punch
Card stock:
Basic Black, Basic Gray, Sage Shadow,White,Noveau Chic DP

Stamp Sets: Fifth Avenue Floral( which is on sale for ONLY $19.96 this month in the Two-Step stamping promotion)
Asian Artistry stamp set used for the sentiment
Card stock: Soft suede, Cream Confetti and black satin 5/8 ribbon
Looking at this picture it is a tad crooked, better fix that!! LOL
This is a beautiful card Debbie Forguson was creating using the Faux
Cloisonne technique. It turned out fabulous!

Supplies:
Magazine(Bridal magazines are great)
White embossing powder and white craft ink, heat tool, embossing buddy,an an outline stamp set! Then choose your colored card stock and build the card around your focal point taken from the magazine pages.

Then on Sunday, I had my whole BIG SHOT 2 club of 8 over for a Basics 101 class!
We learned cutting , measuring and scoring. also learned how to look at our card that we make and go home and measure them using our grid paper and re-make the card.
Also, learned adhesives techniques and much more!!
Basics 102 will be held on April 29th- Saturday and we will take it to the next level!!
