Sending Love filled with Nuggets

I think this is one of my favorite designs out of the Sending Love Designer Series Paper.
It is very classy accented with a glittery finish and it is just exquisite.
Candy tins are a main stay craft item in my studio. I get many custom orders this time of year.
I think this is my favorite Valentine one to date.
  • The heart is made with the Sizzix petal card.
  • Used my embossing buddy to remove the static from my paper to resist those tiny particals of white embossing powder that like to stay where they are not welcome
  • I stamped the Fifth Avenue large floral image in white craft ink all over the petal card heart background
  • Embossed it with white embossing powder.
  • Popped out two full heart punches and ran them thru the BIG SHOT with the Manhatten Flower embossing folder to give them texture that matched the background of the heart.
  • Used the matchbox XL Sizzix die, middle label I embossed the Be Mine Valentine sentiment in white on regal rose cardstock on it from the Level one Hostess set , popped up on two dimensionals for 3 D effect.
The beautiful Pretty in Pink ribbon was from last year, so sad I have finally used the last of it.
the Rules of Chocolate is a cute little poem and I use Hershey's nuggets and wrap them in DSP to match the front of the tin. I displayed these at my Open House I had at the apartment community for the residents and one of the residents is a local well know plastic surgeon and he came in and ordered 5 custom tins for the ladies who work for him in his office.
They make wonderful gifts for any Occasion.

These are the projects we made at our VDAY stamp camp this month.
Gretchen Barron's inspired Love Train- Here is the engine made with the NEW milk carton die.
Sending Love DSP, and the new epoxy brads from the Occasions mini that coordinate with the Sending Love DSP. Well Scripted Love you Much stamp using the lg tag punch to pop it out.

We filled our trains with goodies for our loved one that is going to receive this wonderful train.

This is a very simple Valentine treat inspired by the wonderful Deanne Oliver.
These are also great gifts for clients or customers for marketing your business whatever it may be. I have received a ton of custom orders for these from ppl in the business community.
That bottom flap fits a business card perfectly with a piece of chocolate in the top!

It seems as though all of my projects this month were inspired by the super bloggers I visit daily. That is what I love about this, when you are in a pinch and need inspiration and ideas there are amazing ppl in my blogger circle that I can draw inspiration from add my touch to it and pass it on to my customers.
This one is pretty much a direct case from Becky Roberts at Inking Idaho . it was just perfect the way it was. I think I changed the sentiment.
If you have the Christmas bulb punch and thought you could put it away bcause Christmas is over- Pull it back out it makes a great flower pot!
The Sweet Pea Felt Flowers are so versatile for $7.95 you can't loose. Occasions mini offers tons of new products and ideas for upcoming events and Occasions!!

These little purses are just as cute as they can be, they were a big hit too.

They fit 2 Gdelli chocs decorated however you like.
Peppermint patties also fit in these two treats well too.

This is the card we made with the Movers and shakers die cut. Adding the Heart shapers magnet. A little chocolate striped grosgrain ribbon and viola!

Jan & Debbie hard at work embellishing their goodies!

Jan is a natural! This was her first real class and she was always the first one done with her project! You go Jan! She is now a certified Big shot pro!
