Animal Stories in Tall Tales

I think this card turned out so cool. It is a horse right, something about the way the horse has it head kinda of cocky, like us as teens and young adults alittle cocky. Then the sentiment" It Takes Courage to Grow Up and Be Who You Really Are" Something about it just struck me that when we finally get to the realization and find that courage which only can come from spiritual growth by then we have found a little humility and our head isn't quite as cocky anymore. This is a pocket card, with Old Olive base and Tall Tales DP, whisper white sentiment punched out with the modern punch stamped with Crushed Curry
"its good to dream" from Razzle Dazzle.
I used the eyelet border punch and wrapped Saffron twill ribbon around the flap and adhered it down. On the sides I used small silver brads to hold the sides together using a 1/16" punch .
On the insert I used a silver eyelet and set it with the cropadile and ran a bit of chocolate twill thru the top. The base is saffron top note with a white top note minus the perforation to give it that layered affect.
I hope you enjoy this card and the sentiment behind it.

Very cute, although I think of it as a giraffe. Different perspective I guess. =-)

I know its probably meant to be a giraffe, I just had a weird perspective that day. It actually really looks kinda of like a seahorse too. Beauty in the eye of the beholder in my story the horse worked! LOL!!
Thanks whitney
